The Lycoming County SPCA strives to be a resource for the community, providingshelter and emergency treatment. When necessary they investigate cruelty or abuse complaints so that no animal has their needs neglected in our area! The more contributions we make toward them financially -the better chance any pup will get off of Craigslist
  • HoursMonday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 10:00am to 7:30pm; Wednesdayand Saturday, 10:00am to 4:00pm. Hours may vary due to Covid and require an appointment.
